Submitting our contact form sends your preferred date, service, and details to us via WhatsApp — it is a request, not a confirmed booking. All appointments are confirmed only once we respond to you directly. Please arrive on time for scheduled sessions; late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next client's time.
We understand plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so that the time slot can be offered to another client. Please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp to make any changes to your booking.
Our psychological counselling, energy-based healing, sound healing, and related offerings are complementary wellness practices intended to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek immediate help from a qualified medical professional or emergency service.
Every individual's healing journey is different. While we are committed to providing thoughtful, genuine guidance, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from any session, program, or workshop.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation in a particular service. Participation in any session is voluntary and at your own discretion.
